Stephanie believe that a strong school system is the backbone of a great city.  long term growth can only berealized through an investment in the future...our children.

When elected to the Cranston School Committee, Stephanie's initial goal is to preserve and enhance the scholastic excellence for which the Cranston Public School system is known.  This can be acheived by improving and implementing programs that benefit a wide range of student interests and abilities.

Another of Stephanie's goals is to work with the School Committee and the City Council to balance authority and fiscal reposnsiblity.  This will include working with the City Council to stream line and consolidate purchasing.

Stephanie recognizes that there needs to be a balance between the welfare of our studnts, the realistic needs of our teachrs and administrators, and the interests of the taxpayers of our city.  This balance can only be acheived through fiscal responsibility and accountablity.  Stephanie understand the necessity of satisfying tha common interests that we all share as citizens of our community.
